Mikkeller's range of non-alcoholic beers is truly amazing. Not only do they cover a lot of bases (Pale, Wheat, NEIPA, Lambic, Sour, Stout, Gose) but they have great breadth within those styles too. Henry & His Science is a truly superb beer and fills the gap between Drink'In the Sun and the true sours such as Henry Gose Lightly and Limbo Riesling. In fact, this beer is used as a base for the entire Limbo series.
Whilst hard to categorise, it's balance is superb, with a small amount of tartness to offset the passionfruit and tropical aromas. Plus, its got one of the coolest labels around and for a long time was the Sobersauce icon on our Instagram account!
Watch out for the sugar and calories if that's important to you - it really packs a lot in there.
