- Standard £4.99. Delivery will normally be within 2 working days of the order being picked and will normally be delivered by Yodel.
- Premium £6.49. Delivery will normally be within 1 working day of the order being picked and will be delivered by specialist liquids provider, APC.
- Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands £10.00. Deliveries may take a little longer.
Customers are responsible for selecting the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands rate themselves. Sobersauce reserves the right to charge customers for any difference if the wrong rate is selected for deliveries to those locations.
Orders are normally picked within 2 days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) of the order being placed, although larger orders may take a little longer. Once the order is ready for dispatch we’ll email you details of your delivery.
Our trusted 3rd party courier will provide you with tracking details once they have your order. You can use the tracking number on their website. We use two couriers: Yodel and APC and their tracking pages are:
At peak times it may not always be possible to deliver your order within our standard promise.
If you are not in when delivery is due, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If this is not possible, a card will be left with details of how to rearrange your delivery. Should subsequent delivery attempts fail the order will be returned to us. This will result in you forfeiting the delivery charge (if applied).
If it is deemed that you made no attempt to contact us or the courier regarding delivery, a further standard delivery charge will be required to re-send the order.
Occasionally orders go missing or larger orders arrive separately. If you order hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of receiving notification that we’ve despatched it, please get in touch at email@example.com. Similarly, if you’ve had a notification from the courier that you order has been sent back to us, please let us know ASAP. The courier should tell us they’ve done this but they do so late, or not at all. We can resolve it much more quickly if you contact us directly.
If you receive only part of your order, then it may have been split across multiple boxes and deliveries. In 99% of cases wit will simply arrive the next day. Please wait until the end of the following working day before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
We regret that we cannot currently ship outside the UK or to Northern Ireland.
Whilst we’ve spent a long time ensuring we have robust packaging, very occasionally a bottle or two does break. If that’s happened, don’t worry, just take a photo and email it to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of the beer arriving and we’ll refund you for it.
