Deliveries will normally arrive 2 working days after an order has been placed, although occasionally it may take longer. We regret that we cannot ship to Northern Ireland, Remote Scottish Mainland, Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.
We regret that except for mixed cases that we may offer, the minimum order quantity is 12 beers per order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet this criteria.
All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only. One valid UK credit/debit card per account. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Multiple uses are not permitted. One voucher usage per household. Your order may be cancelled without warning if multiple uses are made within the same household and any charges will be refunded. In the event your order has already been processed you may lose part or all of any delivery fee (where appropriate) to arrange return.
It is against our terms of sale to resell our gift card codes or to purchase these from a secondary marketplace . Any codes that are suspected of being fraudulent will be cancelled and invalidated. Please return these codes to the point of purchase and request a refund from the reseller.
If you have received a product that is defective you are entitled to a full refund, which can be arranged by getting in touch with us at email@example.com
At Sobersauce, we pride ourselves on working with our customers to solve any issues. If we’ve messed up, we’ll make it right. We are on hand to listen to feedback, concerns or questions, just drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
For logistical reasons, Sobersauce does not accept returns unless exceptional circumstances apply. In the event of exceptional circumstances, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Our discovery programmes are billed every 30 days unless otherwise stated. You must give at least 3 working days notice before cancelling your subscription to avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, which will automatically take place upon completion of your original subscription. Please note that we require 24 hours to process your first order before you'll be able to cancel your account.
How do I change my subscription or cancel it?
If for any reason you want to change the frequency of your subscription, pause it or change to a different box, you can do so at any time. To make changes, simply log into you Sobersauce subscription account - an email should have been sent when you subscribed. Click on this link and options exist to change the date of your delivery, change your box or cancel it. If you encounter any problems, please email email@example.com.
Please note we need at least 3 working days notice to cancel before your next billing date. If this is not provided we will still charge you and send your beer.

Monthly rolling subscription is billed every 30 days unless cancelled. Any additional orders made on our website are charged to your payment card when placing your order.
Customers on a pre-paid 3 or 6 month discovery programme will receive 3 or 6 cases in total, one every 30 days.
14 Day Money-Back Guarantee
All our beer boxes come with a 14 day money-back guarantee. You may open the box and try some of the beers, but any opened products will be deducted from your refund. Postage and packaging equates to £9.00 of the price of each case of 8 beers or more. If requested, a return of your box may be necessary and this will be your responsibility. Refunds will cover the goods but not posting and packaging. All refunds will be made within 30 days. Refunds will be made via cheque, bank transfer or crediting your card at the discretion of Sobersauce.
