Fusion Pastry Stout | Non Alcoholic Stout

Stouts are hard to get right in the AF world so we were extremely excited to get this Black Cherry Pastry Stout in from Fusion Brewing,  Just like Sobersauce, Fusion as based in South Yorkshire but they use the very best around the world to brew their beers.

This stout is phenomenal from start to finish.  It pours thick and gloopy thanks to an abundance cherries - 10% of the ingredients in fact.  It also produces a great head and the foam sits around the glass all the way down.  Tha aroma is mainly chocolatey and is mild when chilled but comes to life when warmed up.  The taste is a great black cherry bomb and then a nice bitter finish reminds you it is indeed a stout.  Simply a phenomenal achivement.

The closest we've had to it before was Big Drop's Kinzig Gateau Stout.  Although that that was good, it underwhlemed against its promise.  Fusion have really nailed it.
